How does the delivery work?

We partner with trusted, specialized third-party pet transport services. Experienced handlers bring your hamster directly to your door in a secure, climate-controlled travel carrier to ensure a safe and stress-free journey.

Are they good for kids?

Syrian hamsters are great for older children who understand how to be gentle. However, dwarf hamsters (like Roborovskis) are very fast and delicate, making them better "watch-only" pets for younger kids. Adult supervision is always recommended.

What do they eat?

They thrive on a high-quality seed mix supplemented with fresh vegetables (like broccoli or cucumber) a few times a week. We provide a starter bag of their current food to ensure a smooth transition when they arrive!
